Spring Session: 1/4-5/24. The spring session includes 18 lessons and 3 group classes.
Sick Policy
Assuming in-person lessons resume this semester, students are not to come to their lesson sick. This includes any low-grade fever, runny nose, cough, or upset stomach. Students are welcome to take an online lesson if they feel well enough to learn, but not well enough to attend their lesson in-person. Failure to observe this policy may result in removal from the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Make-up private lessons will be granted for all cancellations that happen with more than 24 hours notice. Make-up lesson credits must be used in the same semester .There are no make-ups for missed group classes. If the instructor has to cancel for any reason, a make-up lesson or tuition credit will be granted.
We follow BVSD’s inclement weather policy – if they are closed, so are we!
Summer Expectations
Weekly summer lessons are not mandatory, but all private lesson students must sign up for at least 7 summer lessons to maintain their spot in the studio. These lessons are incredibly important in maintaining motivation and ensuring students do not backslide during the summer months.
Lesson Termination Policy
If you wish to discontinue lessons for any reason, you must provide a 30-day written notice. Students may choose to continue lessons after notice is given, but tuition will be charged for that time period regardless.
Tuition Payments
Tuition may be paid via paypal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check, and must be received prior to the 1st lesson of the semester. Payments received after the 2nd lesson of the semester will charged an additional $15.
*There will be a yearly registration fee of $75 per student for the 2020-2021 school year.
Books and Materials
We will provide all books and materials for each student. Invoices will be emailed on the 1st of every month in the event that new materials were purchased.
